Unicycle on Guinness World Records

I just saw a TV commercial for a new episode of “Guinness World Records:
Primetime” for this Friday night on FOX. On it they will have the world’s
smallest unicycle. In my area (US Central Time zone) it’s on at 7 PM.

That’s odd. Andy Cotter once posted a message to this newsgroup describing a
record attempt involving him and Connie. I summarised it as follows on the Been
There, Done That page:

Constance Cotter was competed against her brother Andy Cotter, in a
head-to-head rope-jumping on a unicycle competition, in June 1997. In the
competition, which was recorded by the BBC program, Record Breakers, Connie
made 169 skips in a minute, beating both her brother (148 skips) and the
previous world record (151 skips).

Julian.

I was out of town. Did they show anything? the 1999 Guinness Book currently
lists Peter Rosendahl, with some teeny unicycle only 8" tall, including seat. It
state that he rode it with no attachments, which varies from many of the
“smallest bicycle” records I’ve seen on TV. Who’s got the record now?

Is there also a catagory for longest time uni-rope-jumping, or just total
times in one minute?

It’s on Friday, June 4th on FOX at 8 PM according to their website. In my area
it’s on at 7 PM.

There is this little description on their website
<http://www.lmnotv.com/newlayout/f-guin.htm>: “World’s Smallest Unicycle Peter
Rosendahl is the Guinness unicycling guru. He currently holds 2 Guinness
records. He has a record for most times jumping rope on a unicycle in a minute:
151. He also holds the record for riding the smallest unicycle.”

As far as I could tell, it wasn't telecast locally here (NE North Carolina).
Did I miss it, or was it rescheduled?
