That’s a cool idea. But the riders should sign those tires on the side, so collectors can hang them on the wall or something. There’s no good way to display the tire with that signature showing, except on a shelf or hanging perpendicular to the wall. 
Or if it’s a Kris Holm autographed item, he should just sign it several times on every side.
