How do you say unicycle in other languages?
Monocycle en français.
Einrad in Deutsch (German)
Eenwieler in het Nederlands (Dutch).
Literally onewheeler.
I think both German and French are literally onewheel.
Please for further responses add the literal translation in English. Just for fun.

In uneducated redneck lingo I believe it’s spelled “tricycle.”

I want a T shirt with those on it. Maybe a basic picture of a uni also, to give a clue to what they mean. Maybe all of them together. Anyone with artistic talent want to take it up?
What this sport needs is more interesting, original, non-clown-oriented T shirts. (That’s my opinion, anyway.)

As for T-shirt it would be nice. I have one with ‘cheers’ in many languages on the back prepared during my Erasmus studies.
I think we can wait and make T-shirt with lots of translations.
And may be choose phrase unicycling related and translate it as well for T-shirt back print?

Someone with Photoshop skills could prepare it, then it’s easy to turn it into t-shirts with something like RedBubble or what Kris uses for his t-shirts, Spreadshirt.

“Etthjulssykkel” på norsk (one wheel cycle, casus genitivus, a (bi)cycle with one wheel),
or “enhjulssykkel” (one wheel cycle, where it is reffered to the “unicycle” as a genuine kind of object/cycle).
Occationally, the therm “enhjuling” (one-wheeler) is used. Personally Im not a fan of that therm:
- it is (without thought) lent from swedish, or
- it pretty much follow, in my opinion, the unprecise use of some other words, like
“firhjuling” (four-wheeler), where an ATV is ment, but will exclude a more regular car (with 4 wheels)
“tohjuling” (two-wheeler), where a motorcycle is ment, but it is weird when regarded to a bicycle (or a uni-twowheeler)
And, at this line, “enhjuling” (one-wheeler) should probably also make common more sense in regard of the object in the pic below.
