*Many of our Torkers are currently out of stock, but will be in by Friday. For any of you that have ordered Torkers, we’ll get them out immediately upon our recieval of our new shipment (on Friday). If you have any questions, please email them to helpdesk@unicycle.com.
*Due to our high call volume during the holiday season (which is already upon us) we’re, in many cases, unable to answer the phone when you call as all four lines we have are generally ringing off the hook all day long. If we can’t get to your call, please feel free to leave a message. With 9,000 calls a month, it’s many times impossible for us to respond immediately.
*Corresponding with us via email at our helpdesk@unicycle.com email address will greatly increase your chance of getting a quick response, and we’ll also be able to decipher what you’re saying as our office is many times very loud with other associates phone conversations, and the general hustle-bustle of the office.
*If your planning on ordering items for Christmas, we can only accept Overnight Delivery and 2nd Day Air options two weeks prior to Christmas. Due to increased ordering during the week of and the week previous to Christmas Overnighting and 2nd Day Air options are incredibly hard, and sometimes impossible to fulfill. Keep in mind also, “the early bird gets the worm”.
*On our site you can find the answer to almost any question you may have. While we’re incredibly glad we can assist you with your unicycle or unicycle parts order, many questions can be answered by viewing product information on the site. Usually our pictures on the site are clickable; meaning you can click on them to bring up an information page on the product you’re viewing. Things like inseam length, specific unicycle stats, and our handy POSTAGE CALCULATOR can be found on these pages and can assist you in many of your unicycling questions. If you’re unable to find an answer there, check out FAQ page for common questions we can answer via the web.
