Video Contest
UNICON 14 2008 Danmark
This year there will be two video contests at unicon:
1. NEW videos produced BEFORE unicon
You send us your videos, and a judge will select the top 10.
These videos will be shown on July 28 between the standard skills to spice them up.
A judge will select the best video and the winner will get a special award.
The rules:
- Maximum length: 4min
- The person who submits the video must have produced the video and must participate at unicon.
- Only new material
- It must be about unicycling, not a commercial video
- No offensive material
- the candidates guarantee free rights (image) for public projection
- needs to be submitted to committee at least on July 1st
Judging criteria for the top 10:
- Originality
- really good unicycling and/or really good theme/plot
- Entertainment
2. Videos produced DURING unicon
These videos only consist of footage that was taken and edited at unicon.
The best 10 of them will be shown at the final party. There will be no awards.
The rules:
- Maximum length: 2min
- The person who submits the video must have produced the video and must participate at unicon.
- Only new material
- It must be about unicycling, not a commercial video
- No offensive material
- the candidates guarantee free rights (image) for public projection
- needs to be submitted to committee at least on August 3rd
Video specs:
For the preselection we need your video in preview quality.
Send it per email to unicon14video-at-stylercd-dot-de or upload it and send us the link.
File and video format:
- max 25MB per video
- divx, xvid, quicktime, mpeg2, mpeg4 or wmv
The final high quality movie should be brought to unicon on a CD, DVD or usb-stick.
