If anyone doesn’t want to buy Dustin’s 13 year old used shoes, I’m thinking
about selling off some size 10 1/2 MacGregor turf shoes aged 1-12 years. Being
used, of course the bottoms are worn away, there are holes in them, and they
don’t look as “cool” as they were on the shelf at Kmart.

Maybe you could throw them into the crowd at the olympic unicycle event. : )

Don’t laugh. I actually found myself signing a pair of brand new MacGregors for
Woody Hooten after my performance in the show at my wedding. He had bought them
and wanted them signed by “the man”.

Hey, it wasn’t my idea…

I’ve gone through at least 20 pairs of these shoes in the last 13 years. The
shoes i’m selling are new in the box.

I should have saved those 20 pairs, maybe I could get a higher price because
they’re used! keep on trying, dustin klem unicycling productions

I have several pairs of Converse canvas high tops from my stock pile that are
new or barely used. All are Converse size 9 1/2. (most other shoes I wear a
US 10 or 10 1/2) -black ($20 plus S&H) -white ($15 plus S&H) -ugly stripes
($10 plus S&H)

Re: uni shoes

I prefer any shoe that has a very deeply profiled sole, such as jogging shoes or
work boots. In addition to that, I use pedals from Mountain bikes, the type that
consists only of an Aluminum frame with rather sharp teeth. The additional grip
this combination gives me is well worth the pain when my foot slips and the
teeth of the pedals grind nicely into my shin- seriously, doesn’t really hurt
too much, guess there are not too many nerves on the front of the shin.

Re: uni shoes

Dustin,

Will wearing your shoes make me ride like you? If so, count me in for two pairs.
They’re not my size, but who cares?

Hey Greg, Yup, all you have to do is wear them while riding your unicycle 2-6
hours a day for at least 5 years. If you do this, your going to need a lot more
than two pairs… hmm, maybe I should buy stock.

I’m getting rid of these because after 13 years I switched to some Adidas shoes
that I’d tell you all about, but I’m not going to bother since they stopped
making them. Once my stockpile of Adidas shoes wears out I’ll be searching for
something new.
