Hi

I need some help starting a club in northern NSW. I only really know one unicyclist who is Patsandy100. (problem is he lives 40 mins away.) I was thinking of naming it UNI which stands for Unicycle Nut Inc.

Where is a good place to practice and any other addvice would be greatly appreciated. Also logos, pictures to represent us. But most of all I need help getting the word out their.

1) You should get in contact with Patsandy as he might know other unicyclists that you are not aware of. It never hurts to ask. As for the UNI thing, refer to answer 3. :smiley:
2) Well, do you have any offroad courses or skate parks in your area??? Also, i may have some suggestions for logos. But i’m sure you’re smart enough to come up with some of your own my good friend. :smiley:
3) You’ll have to get in contact with the publishers of UNi magazine and ask for their permission maybe. :thinking:

Thanks Hazmat! I’m not sure if there is a skate park or other area in Woolgoolga but there isn’t really here. I don’t think we could use the basketball stadium.

And scratch the idea of UNI.

There’s nothing stopping you just going out and finding some people to ride with - wherever it is. If you ride in the same place everyday it gets boring.

Also i say there’s nothing stopping you calling your group ‘‘UNI’’ because that could be about anything.

If you require help for this, may i suggest calling some bike/unicycle clubs in your district and maybe they can supply you with the needed information that you need to start/begin your own unicycle club. :smiley:

i would join but i live to far away,just keep uicycling and people will get intrested in unicycling i have made two unicycling buddies doing that

first teach a bunch of your friends and then all of you can start the unicycle club together
