Hello everyone,
I played a game of basketball on my 5 footer today… and it was great… a little wet, but fun. Its a lot easier to play basketball when your 7 1/2 ft tall! The only hard part was dribbling.
Has anyone else tried this?

I use my 6 footer allot for b-ball, its funn stuff.
yeah dribbling is pretty weird, you have to throw it down hard enough so it will come back up.
All I have to say is…Look out Shaq! heh
Re: Uni B-Ball on a Giraffe!
I have taken shots, but never tried dribbling. I can’t imagine trying to freemount that many times without plotzing.

We’ve had a few people show up to our basketball game with giraffes.
We’ve used them only for demonstration purposes; I would be very nervous
about using one in a real game. We have some pretty nasty crashes
from normal unis, I think throwing a giraffe in the mix would be asking
for trouble.

Dribbling’s not a problem, as long as the ball has enough air in it. But picking up the ball? that’s a pain! Hence the reason I’ve never seen a game of basketball where all the players were on giraffes…
Speaking of 7.5’ tall (or so), I saw Yao Ming play yesterday, live. His team were beaten by the Sacramento Kings.
