There is no exact number I can just give you, because its up to your wheel and your own weight.

The point you are looking for though, is a pressure where when you do a drop or a forcible prehop/compression, you will not hit the rim. Yet, at the same time, you want your tire squishy enough for jumping, absorbing drops, and rolling over terrain.

So, a real high pressure will get rid of you hitting the rim and folding the tire over, but your tire will be hard and will suck for jumping really.

Too low and you will damage your rim, spokes, and probably pinch your tube.

Start at a high pressure, jump around, see if you like it, if not, let some air out, test it, and repeat until you find YOUR sweet spot.

Goodluck.
