That is definitely the strangest thing I’ve seen since my brother went back to Nottingham!

Oops!
Too many heads!
Sorry!
Lol, don’t worry sendhair, you were only off by one.
Phil, nice find! Nothing else to do at work today?
Ha! I wish… it was just emailled to me.

I heard about a two headed snake once, it lived in a zoo in California I think. It was fine, until one head got anoyed with the other and bit it! It poisoned itself and died. Maybe only one head would have been better…
Nice link Phil, but well done Sendhair!! I love Monty Python and I cracked up as soon as I saw your’s.
PHIL
“two heads are better than one”,your not telling SENDHAIR anything he already doesn’t know!
fairy, give it a rest… if you haven’t noticed, no one really cares what you think. just as fatguygoesuphill stopped talking when his poll died, so should you.
about the tortoise. it’s cute. makes me want to go and buy myself a pair of turtles. or is it one turtle?
i do believe i saw a similar turtle on the news a few years back. it was quite a sight to watch it stumble about.
fatjerkgoesuphill got banned…it saved me a trip to Portland,i was going to show him what tooth pain was like for my kid last X-mass…
I wondered what happened to him…
Anyway, back to this thread.
How do animals get born with 2 heads?? Is it like Siamese twins?? I wonder how common this is in the wild, because it’s only in captivity that it gets noticed. Are many human’s born with 2 heads?? I think i heared a story once about an 18(ish) year old boy who went to the doctor complaining of ear ache, and it turned out there was a dead head of his Siamese twin inside his ear. Weird.
I think that maybe you’re thinking of the Stephen King story and movie, The Dark Half.
I’d heard it was a true story, but i never believe anything i hear. I just have more faith in some things than in others.
Another thing about Siamese twins: one of the Treehouse of Horror Simpsons episodes is about Bar’t evil twin, but it turns out Bart was the evil one all along. LOL the Simpsons is great!
Two heads are better than one…
In The Dark Half, a young boy begins to experience severe headaches and blackouts. Surgeons operate and find a vestigial twin in his skull, which they remove.
The boy grows up to become a writer (Surprise! Well, hey, it’s a Stephen King story.) of critically acclaimed, but poorly-selling “art” novels.
To make ends meet, he secretly writes cheap, but extremely popular and profitable slasher novels under a pen name.
When some sleazeball tries to blackmail the writer to keep the secret, the writer calls the blackmailer’s bluff, and publicly announces that he’s “burying” the pen name.
Suddenly, everyone the writer knows is being brutally murdered with a straight razor, but guess whose fingerprints the police find at all of the murder scenes…
BWA Hahahahahahahaha!
The movie’s not bad.
Directed by George Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Creepshow), and starring Timothy Hutton.
… and I worked on it!
You worked on it?? Cool!
Yeah, that does sound similar to my story i suppose…
I have a Ripley Believe it or Not book, and it has a five legged, two tailed, two headed cow. It’s pretty cool.
And I once saw a two headed person in a magazine (no, it wasn’t the National Inquirer), but I think she was fake.
Ive seen a picture of a woman with two mouths and four eyes before…
That condition is know as “fetus in fetu”. I’m not sure that particular story is true, but it does happen.
If you mean the story, The Dark Half…
no, of course not… Stephen King writes fiction.
