You walk through the gate into a unicyclists paradise! 57 Acres of trails lined on either side with 50 foot+ evergreens for year-round shade. The five dollar entrance fee gets you unlimited TRAM priveldges, which takes you up 3,500 to the top where there is a snack bar, complete with air & water station, food and drinks. Even uni-parts such as repair kits, tools and replacement tubes! From there you have your cloice of three trails back down; technical and not-so technical and novice. There are plenty of wide, “flat” spots along the way for trials with natural and man-made objects galore. At the half way point there are bathrooms and rest areas under the trees. The park is open daily, and is lighted for night riding until 12 midnight! The $5 entry fee gives you unlimited tram rides to the top, or you have the option of riding to the summit instead. So far, this park is limited to Unicyclists ONLY! Yes, this is definitely a Unicycler’s Dream! Unfortunately, I mean that literally…then I woke up! Maybe if others add to this dream, it will someday become a reality!
Dammit! I was expecting you to name a So. CA ski resort or something, where we could hold a future MUni Weekend!

Yes I sure did! As a matter of fact, I was one of his students! He had a Karate studio (one of many back then) in Torrance, and when I was a kid I took lessons there, and Chuck was there on a regular basis. One day while walking to the studio, I saw Chuck Norris in his cadillac stopped at a street light. I waved at him and he recognized me and gave me a ride to his studio! I only got up to blue belt, but it was fun.

Actually, while demonstrating a straight punch, he just came about a hair short of smashing my my nose! I eventually had to drop out of the class sometime later because I dislocated my hip during a side kick! Still hurts to try that kick today…Like the guy said to his DR., " hey doc, it hurts when I move my arm like this", so the doc says, “then don’t move :o it like that!”
You never really know Chuck Norris until he’s given you a roundhouse kick to the face. And after that, you aren’t capable of knowing anything anyway.
If he had, Terry’s head would be back down near his butt somewhere.
