Trials Bike With A KH Rim!

I was just flicking through eBay and I found this trials bike. As the title gave away, it has a rear KH rim and I was just really suprised. Whether this person is a unicyclist or not, I don’t know.

Yeah… pretty silly thread when you think about it.

NOTE: The link will probably die soon. lol.

At Moab MF two years ago on the slickrock trail we just happened to run into a guy with KH 29er rims on his bike…

Well, KH rims are good, aren’t they? Why not use them on bikes? We use bike rims sometimes, don’t we?

maybe its someone like Alex Toms because he rides bike trials (i think) and its from Sydney. it makes sense!

At Moab '05 I met a bicyclist going the other way on the loop with both KH rims. When I told him that Kris was a few hundred yards behind me, he was super stoked to meet the real man.

I like his email, very serious.

I remembe reading a few months ago on some trials forum about how many trials bikers were regarding the Kris Holm rim as one of the strongest available for a 19" wheel.

Um… okay…

i didnt know alex rode biketrials… meh.

That’s cool that bikers are using it!
For some reason im surprised
