I wanted to go, and it’s only 400 miles from here, but it’s a bad time for me to
take a few days off work. I’m taking two weeks off to go to Edinburgh at the end
of the month, so it’s hard to feel too put out.
Though it might be a bit of a hassle, I’ve decided I don’t want to be without my
uni at EJC. It’s the first time I’m taking it on a plane, so I went back and
read old messages full of advice. Though several people claim it’s ok to just
check the uni on the plane as is, I have a hard time believing that they’d take
it like that, or that it would be safe, so I’m planning to take the pedals and
seat off and put it in a cardboard box, with some cushioning.
