Probably the best way to test the accuracy of any on-line translation system is to use it twice, once to translate A --> B, then to translate the results back B–> A.
If nothing else, the results are usually worth a few giggles.
I wonder if there is a translator for txt speak to English? And how well might it do in the above test?

not true: here the french is incorrect: “way” should be translated to “façon” so retranslating back in english looks inappropriately correct because “way” could be translated to “voie” (and be translated back!) but not in this context!
