Torker LX Giraffe

I am interested in buying the Torker LX Giraffe and was woundering if there were any ups or downs about it. I am not willing to get anything more expensive.

that would be the toker TX. It’s cheap, and the frame and axle will bend easily if it is mistreated, but for a cheap laugh they’re perfectly good. And yes I do have one, they are pretty awesome to cruise around on.

I have one and so does a friend of mine. it’s “TX”

Mine has been ok.

His has been prone to slip at the sprocket.

They really are low end stuff.

So does that mean I cant jump or I’ll break the frame or axle?

Pigs

My daughter has a new TX and loves it. Yes, they are low end but if you take care of it you should be able to ride it for many years to come. Our unicycle team (PPUT) has a bunch of them and they have stood most of the abuse of new riders and keep on going. As long as you are don’t mount a Muni tire on it and try to downhill off a cliff you should be good to go.

yes absoloutely, but it’s a giraffe, why would you want to? the frame flexes so much that anything above small hops is really quite hard. My friend bent the axle on his dropping off curbs. The frame gets bent by falling off and not catching the saddle. It can be bent back with a little care.
