Torker Dx

Yes I know, another Torker DX thread and before anyone gets on my case I searched for this first.
I just want to know some places where I can buy a 2007 Torker DX. Besides Ebay I mean. I was suprised when I didn’t see it on unicycle.com, since they have the other torkers, but thats life. And I would appreciate any debates on a similarly priced unicycle that is better.

Go here! thats the 07’ and they don’t charge shipping I think.

It says it wont be shipped till April 2nd from that site. Does that mean they are not out yet? I have heard of other people with the 2007 model. I was hoping to get one within the next 2 weeks or so, but if I ahve to wait a month then thats what is going to happen.

They are out alright I have one myself thats where I got it =p. I think that mean you get it by april 2. You will be happy you got the dx believe me I have one I am new though only started like 3weeks-1month ago but I can already hop up 13 steps =).

I started about a month ago and am riding on a 20" sun. It is fine and all but I really want this DX. Thanks for the info on the site.

Np man.

holy crap, i don’t know if I can jump down 13 steps at one time, or at least I havn’t tried yet. lolI mean in one hop

hope up 13 steps ! damnit man you are awesoem i’m suprised your sun is holding up lol

I would like to post this following email correspondance. This is to the Torker warranty people:

I am looking into buying the Torker DX 2007 model and have found some
online and some that the local stores can get me. The question I have is a
local store told me that if I did not buy it from a certified dealer and have
them construct the unicycle, then the Torker warranty is void. This was
disconcerning because nowhere on any of the websites was there any
mention to this. Please return an answer soon.

Thank you,
Ken

They respond with this:

Ken,

Technically speaking, the dealer is correct. The written warranty does
say that it is null and void if the product is not fully assembled by an
authorized Torker dealer. The reality is that we will take care of you
no matter where you buy your Torker. I will recommend buying from a
local dealer because they can assist you more readily in the event of a
warranty, and should shorten the lead time of this situation. All
warranty situations need to be processed through a dealer anyway, so it
would be a hassle to try and deal with that through an online source.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
