I called Seattle Bike Supply direct. Gave my name, phone # and LBS near me. They were in stock and on their way. A valuable component to my GB4/Large Marge Muni.
Will have pics when I receive the frame from Jagur, bearings from Seattle and Wheel from Michigan.

Thank you PDC for the PSA. So how does this work, do you go to your LBS and ask them to get them for you, or do you just order them from Seattle and surprise the LBS when they show up?
Some people have tried going to their LBS and gotten results, but pretty slow. This is the second time I called Kemp and had them in my hands in about a week.

40x20mm does exsist folks
Can someone tell me why I can’t go to a place that sells bearings and get some of these? I know a place here in Ottawa that stocks just about anything around that size, and can shim them if they don’t fit. Would normal bearings work?
Others have looked and been unsuccessful. If you find bearings with a 40mm OD they will have a 17mm ID. If you find bearings with a 20mm ID, you’ll find that the OD is 42mm. No one has been able to find them any place except through Torker.
Give it a shot, they’ve got to be manufactured someplace.
