ive been trying to save up for a new DX, and ive got like 85$ now. but i just got this letter from my school saying i wont get my report card unless i pay for this 65$ spanish textbook i lost!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!! plus i dont have a job or an allowance, and my birthday isnt til november, so im literally saving coins to make money

Screw the report card, get the uni.
well find the textbook!!! look EVERYWHERE!!! or if worst comes to worst, try to find a cheap one on ebay and say it was the one you lost. 
Saving coins isn’t that bad. I pick up every cent I see on the ground, and right now I have around $170 in coins alone.

I save coins and I get a bunch of money. also ask your parents if you can have all their change
learn magic or start entertaining on you uni. or learn to juggle. Go to starbucks and perform, it works (almost) every time.

Tell your parents to e-mail or just phone the teacher and get the grades that way, its a lot easier than any report card and they can get all the info they need.
Plus, you buy a DX, that will last you for a good long long tim, the report card is a peice of paper that youll see for about a week then never have again.

He’s not paying forthe report card he’s paying for a text book, they are with hilding his report had and eventually will withhold transcripts which will put a major boon on applying to college
Dude listen to me from experience. I have had the same problem. If you don’t find your testbook they will still get your reportcard or have a little meeting with your parents about your marks or give them the report card. I’ve lost countless textbooks. And if it don’t work break into the school steal one of the text books already there and say “Here is your god damn text book, give me my report card”

youre not the smartest cookie… most schools pit serial #s on thier textbooks and will know if you get a different one

i dont know about you guys in the uk, but schools out here and all the rooms are cleaned out for the summer.
my idiot spanish teacher gave us this book then we never used it. a week before the end of school she asks us to bring it back, and apparently someone stole it from my locker (a 5$ investment in a lock would’ve helped) to replace the one they were missing, even though we never used it in the first place!!

Anyway, ice_whatever, that does suck, but it’s still your responsibility to pay for it. Ask your parents to pay for it, and then help out [a lot] around the house to pay them back.
