That’s a bargain! And it looks to be in really amazing shape. Dated 7/25/90, probably finished at the last minute before the 1990 Nationals (Bowling Green, I think). And it’s Big Wheel #449. I own #30, which is a 45" wheel from 1982.
These things ride very differently from a 36" due to the much smaller contact patch of the tire. It will seem extremely squirrely at first, but you will get used to it. They are great for swoopy turns, spins and pirouettes!
