Toddlers on Unis?

I have a two and a half year old who is asking me when he gets his own
unicylcle. I read in Jack Wiley’s book about an 18 month old learning to ride.
Is this possible? What is the youngest age a kid can learn to ride. At NUC this
year I saw a couple kids in the 4 to 5 year old range.

Anybody know of any kids learning at 3? 2? Any advice on teaching a toddler to
ride. John

As far as I know the record is 18 months. But I wouldn’t necessarily try this on
my own kid. That kid learned from a guy who also taught baboons and orangutans
to unicycle.

The rider was Nini Hall, daughter of Mel Hall, one of the greatest unicycle
performers of all time. She made her debut by riding across the ring or stage,
in diapers. I believe she still works in circus today.
