So today I learned to crank grab! Yay! thought I’d let everyone in on some tips that helped me get it in case anybody is struggling.
- Start on the obstacle with your crank on it and just practice going to rubber over and over until you can get it 100% of the time.
2.If you are practicing on pallets put a piece of plywood or something solid over it if your pallet has gaps. I was practicing on one that had gaps between the boards. I was too scared to commit to my jumps and as soon as I put plywood down I made it 100% of the time. Jumping onto something flat and solid will increase your confidence 10 fold. - If you are practicing on something just slightly higher than your crank and are having problems with the “grab” part, increase the height a little bit. It will make your jumps more natural and it may be easier for you to get the grabs. It certainly was for me.
- Practice! That’s about all there is to it.
So, that’s it. Hope it was helpful to someone
