This forum has become a pretty big part of my life, and I am well aware that it is the same for many of you (creepers and posters).
I am curious about the ritual you go through after logging in here. How do you find threads you are actively participating in? Do you surf by catagory or just in the general list?
My habit is to keep myself logged in always, and I often leave threads open that I am commenting in, every so often hitting apple R for reload.
If it has been several hours since I’ve checked the forums, I tend to search my own name to find out where I have recently posted
First off, I spend way to much time on here, Like now, I should be working on a project for school (why I am at a computer).
First I go to RSU and if it has been a while scroll back through the pages till I find the last thread I looked at then make my way up the list, clicking on whatever I think might be interesting, Posting along the way if I have anything to add. once I am through RSU I usualy check the Product Reviews than take a peak in the trading forum the head over to JC where I go top to bottom untill I either get bored or get to a thread I have seen since its last post. I check the tutorials and video sections about once a week.
Well I use the Subscribed threads list in User CP to keep up with threads I am participating in, and just browsing the forums I look at new threads. I don’t do much of that anymore though, I spend most of my time in Most Replys.
same sorta. When i go on my comp, i usually just go to mr, to see what the last post is, then go to RSC, to check whats happening, then back to jc to post on whatever i find, then maybe to videos to check on some trheads. then do the same thing repeated over and over
I usually look at all the threads in rsu and the video forum. I need to work on not coming on here as often. I am here way more often then I actually ride.
I normally just click thru on email notifications and then read the thread to it’s end.
When I’ve done all the notifications in my inbox I’ll got the first page and look for anything looking interesting.
I do most of my surfing logged out. I read all the posts that I’m not going to respond to first and usually run out of time to read the ones I want to post in.
