This Saturday: Midnight Ride Through Memphis

Elvisville is having a Midnight city ride… lot-o-cyclists. I plan on attending alla-Coker. Should be fun. Come ride.

June 14, Saturday, 12:00 Midnight: The 15th Annual Mountain Dew Midnight Bke (UNI!) Tour. This is a fun-filled, often zany, 17 mile tour of Midtown Memphis. The ride begins in Overton Square and winds its way through Midtown and ends where it bagan. This is a very popular fund raiser designed for bkes but is perfect, too, for late night unicyclist. Hi Christopher.

I’ve already contacted Tommy Thompson. There should be two unicyclists from Nashville that show up for the Midnight Ride. One newbie (me) will be out there on my new Coker.

My friend John is an accomplished MUni rider. He will be in a road (bike) race on Saturday and I’ll be doing the Cherohala Challenge (105 miles, 9,000+ feet climbing) at the other end of the state. We should both arrive in Memphis shortly before midnight. Hopefully it won’t still be raining.
