things that piss me off

My web host automatically renewed my plan a month early, charging my
debit card without my authorization. For the past 3 years, they’ve
simply emailed me an invoice and I called to make payment. I am pissed
that they just charged me without an email and without my okay. And, of
course, this was the one time I hadn’t planned on renewing with them. I
intend on switching to a host with more features.

I can’t seem to remember my OpenSRS username/password and can’t figure
out a way to get it resent to me. Can anyone find a “send me my
password” form? I think my email with them is current.

Your RSP can send it to you

Yeah…I think I went through Worldwebserver for it. Sigh.

Then Tucows is your (temporary) RSP. They should be able to do something, or
you can transfer the domain to another RSP (happens instantly once you reply
to the approval message) and they can do it for you.

Even if the RSP has a “send me my password” cgi, AFAIK only the one on your
own RSP’s web site will work.

Re: things that piss me off

if you remember your old wwsi web hosting account username/password, that is
usually the same as the openSRS username password

Otherwise, you could do as Winston says and contact support@opensrs.org to
have them send you your password.

Here’s where you can login and try a few different combinations:

Or, since I am an openSRS reseller, you could transfer to my reseller
account and then once the transfer is complete, I could have your password
sent to you.

As long as the email address is valid. When trying to transfer, it will
send you an email with instructions to confirm the transfer.
