It’s not just young drivers, it’s new drivers. The problem is that you don’t get to be an experienced driver without being a new one
I’ve done pretty well, over 10 years of driving (got my license at 17), no tickets or crashes. I think it helped that I soloed a plane first. Learning about all the stupid ways you can kill yourself in a plane rearranges how you look at a car, I think.
