I’m pretty sure most washing machines need non-portable electricity… 
I had never really though of using a unicycle as a washing machine agitator.
In “agitator mode” it would make for an interesting idle. Spin cycle would be a leg breaker.

Isn’t the idea that it uses the motor as a generator - you ride along,turning the motor(/generator) and if you go fast enough you get mains power on the move.
