The prefix "[rsu]" has been removed from the subject line

Because this prefix causes some broken e-mail and news clients to start a
new thread due to a subject line change, the “” will no longer be prefixed
to the subject line of rsu posts. This should help reduce the number of
broken threads in broken clients. :slight_smile:
