Apologies about starting a new thread just for this but why the heck does my avatar show a red button when I am logged on? As in the attached image.

I don’t see anyone else with red button and I want to be part of the collective.

Please tell me why

I believe that simply means that you are in “invisible” mode, so no one can see you when you’re online.

Darn!! I don’t want to be invisible. I want to be upfront. I will attempt to turn on my cloak but any suggestions would be welcomed.

Go “check your PMs” under Settings & Options, click on Edit Options, uncheck the Use Invisible Mode button.

Then when on the site the circle will be green instead of red and absent when not on the site.
