I wouldn’t mind watching it Jagur as you said.

David.

I’ve heard that the hulk looks a little bit to fake… but does that really matter? Heh…

He also played as a delta force soldier in Black Hawk down. he was the guy who went back in at the end of the movie and the guy who was undercover in the first part.

Hei

I have seen it, It came out last friday here in Canada.
I was really excited because I have been waiting for it to come out since last year. It was pretty good because it was The Hulk. But it was really boring, it was two and a half hours long, and there was so much to do with chemical reactions, wondering how he turns green and really big, the army is trying to capture him. His father was trying to reverse the chemicals and make them react in a better way and there is stuff about drugs for immune systems, it was enough to confuse the hell out of me. He didn’t turn into the Hulk that many times, and it took a while for him to do it the first time. Maybe if you really got into it or you would actually understand it might be a good movie but there was way to much talking and crap.

I feel very guilty but I have to say it blows.

The Hulk is The Hulk and its good for that but go see Italian Job twice or something. I wont say dont watch The Hulk because you should, but that is my opinion.:frowning:

thanx unimoron,

i did a little search and your right he doesnt change to the Hulk until 50 minutes into the flick and its 145 minutes long :astonished:

GWAH!

It was a great movie… BUT… yeah, the Hulk himself was too fake looking, the close ups of his face were alright. He looked too rubbery and plastic like, not enough detail on his skin, too bright I think. I especially liked when he faught those freaked out dogs, that was a cool scene. When he faught his pop, that was too short a fight. The theatre I saw it in, it seemed too dark. I could barely see the action in the fights, very dark. Good movie though, I recommend seeing it, and if you haven’t seen it, DON’T READ THIS!! But, HAH! If you are reading this, it’s too late. Was he alive at the end when he was floating, I can’t remember, all I remember is seeing him floating with his eyes open, so does that eman he was a live or what? And what does everyone think about a sequel? Think they’ll make one or not? Seems to me like the are going to. I dunno though. They made big money so quickly. Well, go check out my posts now and give me feed back on my unicycling… NOW!!! heheh, kding, take ur time… lazyass… hah, another joke… calm down please…ok ok, I’m leaving… geez… you try to be funny… and what’a ya get… nuthin’ but a few bruises and loss of blood…

I wonder if the Hulk could ride a unicycle…
A Coker would be like a 20" to him, and he’d probably want a larger seat, but think of the jumping he could do…

I thought it was a pretty good movie overall. Although there are parts of it that are a little far-fetched. But we are dealing with a Marvel movie, so I guess they did they’re job.
I thought the graphics were good. The hulk did end up looking a bit comical in some scenes, but thats what he is right, a comic?

Whats funny is, the old hulk is shown as a cop early in the movie, keep an eye out for him, he’s about twice the size of the guy he’s walking with, heh.

i just got back from this movie,i thought it was good.

the first 50 minutes were a little technical but not a that bad and a nessisary evil for plot development.

he never looked that fake to me,just those cgi purple pants.no way around that i guess.

Nick Nolety is as drunk as ever in this movie,he looks just like the mug shot we all saw on the news awile back, maybe this was durring filming.

there are 2 parts that are set in the night time, and it was to dark.i felt that ILM was hiding somthing.whats the point of a good fight sequence if its so dark that you cant tell what hell is happening.

the ending totaly sets the stage for a sequeul.

P.S.there is a preview of “The Punisher” before the flick. i dont see how that movie can not be rated R,in the comic’s he would shove his 50 cal dessart eagle down throughts…mutter the phase “let the punishment fit the crime” then fire!

i forgot 2 things

  1. Ang Lee’s use of comic book style split screening was extraordinary.

  2. there is a geek named Harper who screws everything up,just like around here.

Ahhhh… at last.

(how could they think it was mold?)

In response to paco’s post;

"I wonder if the Hulk could ride a unicycle… "

I plan to draw the incredible Hulk on a uni. I will post it here once I gave completed it, with color, on the Gimp. Thank you.

I just saw the hulk.

Movie content discussed freely, don’t read if you haven’t seen it.

The movie, overall, sucked.

How many ‘screen saver moments’ can one movie have ?!? It’s like the Simpsons episode where Homer was making the movie and used a ‘Star-Wipe’ for every scene tranny.

What I gathered, was they spent too much on animation, couldn’t hire good actors, so tried to cover it up using every camera trick in the book. A few scenes would have worked good with this effect, but c’mon!

The Hulk himself looked fake. Although, once you get used to how he looks, you really start to appreciate the animations of the whole thing. The dog scene was awesome, and when he picked up the tanks and flung them around, that was very well done.

The fact that he can leap and ‘fly’ for miles…well, that is somehting that the animated series already proved he could do. Aside from the far-fetchedness of this feat, the way that they showed him doing it was amazing. It almost looked real.

I was really imppressed with the animation of the film, but the shitty, weird looking actors and their too-slow dialog, and the female star’s every-line-was-whispered-to-sound-sexy-like-how-Stiffler’s-mom-does-that-lip-thing really ruined it.

I have a question though…

Having not followed the Marvel Comics, when David Banner’s hand turned into metal, and he was kind of Chameleon-like, was he a villain of some sort? If so, who?

All in all, it wasn’t the worst movie I’ve seen, but I much preferred the DVD available at Blockbuster with 2 films…Return of the Incredible Hulk/Trial of the Incredible Hulk.

I’ve seen worse movies [Sofa remembers the time he went and say ‘Nurse Betty’, and ‘Spere’]

Just remember that The Dude puts Marmite on his Cherrio’s when qualifying this position.

Marmite Sucks
