Was that done with Water Transfer Printing (hydrographics) ?

That’s what I was thinking too, but I’m not sure how you could get the seat clamp and cranks very well using that…

I can see getting a good enough result with good planning, careful trimming, and smoothing it down as well as one can with the very limited stretch that duck/duct tape allows. It is probably something you’d want to take your time with. The picture isn’t high enough resolution to really see any flaws in those areas if there are any.

The best part of using duck tape is that I can change it every few weeks and make it look new and different.

With practice it will come out close to a new paint job:-)
