Thanks to the people who maintain this forum!

To Gilby and any tohers who recently worked on the system for this forum…

This forum is so much faster and a pleasure to log onto again. It was getting pretty slow and often unaccessible for me, but I imagine it must take a lot of time to keep things running smoothly.

I express my deepest gratitude to all who contribute their time and resources to maintain this site. It has been a significiant source of inspiration and fun for me.

I’m sure I speak for many of the other uni riders.

Thanks, thanks and thanks again.

Bill

Well said Bill.

I agree wholeheartedly !!!

I’m still having server problems with some short outages. So there is still some playing around with the config settings and I’ll likely have to shuffle things around and do upgrades.

hear, hear!

hear, hear, hear!

ditto
bravo

i propose that official ‘word of thanx’ resolution be accepted with acclamation

(i’ve been in too many meetings recently:( )

Yes, the forums are working much better again… Hear Hear! (Or is it here here?)
Just curious, what kind of hardware/OS are the forums running on?

here u go

see, i can post sensible links as well
:stuck_out_tongue:

Doesn’t acclamation imply consensus? My biggest gripe with the forum is the continuing problem with the two-way gateway to the newsgroup. Currently it is down again. I will save my Thank You for the moment when that problem has been solved for good.

Klaas Bil

P.S. How do you know that something has been solved for good? - KB

Problems happen, i’m just happy I can talk to other unicyclists and find out what they’re up to, and say what i’m up to. Also I got to meet billham, and go to ohio to be in a uni convention, and someday i’ll probably meet mistercookieface, seeing as how he lives a whole lot closer to me than bill does, but we’re just tooooo busy, or at least I know i’ve been.

Oh yeah, thank you people who run this, thats what I was trying to say.

Andrew

Where you at in lancaster county? I’m at Penn State(!!!) so I can’t be that far.

P.S. sorry to derail here. Gilby is good.
