Teescycle (British Trials and Street Championships 2009) June 6th-7th

Because I know not all of the UK riders are signed up to or check the UK forums frequently, I thought I would post this here.

It would be good to see as many UK trials and street riders here as possible. It will also be a good day out for any non-riders too with performances not only from Unicyclists but also Team Extreme and Team MAD.

thanks

The link takes me nowhere.
I live in Canada, and will not attend, but was interested because I grew up in Middlesbrough and wondered if Teescycle related to the area around the river Tees.
It was Yorkshire when I was a kid, and then turned into Cleveland, and then Teeside… Teesside… cup of tea side?

Eccycycler: Anyone is welcome to join in, no matter what your skill level. At the end of the day, its all about having fun and learning new things. Even if you don’t feel confident enough to enter the competitions, you will be able to ride the course and get tips from some of the more experienced guys.

Teesside

Yes Teescycle is indeed near the River Tees - It is being held at Preston Park in Eaglescliffe which is about 10 minutes drive from Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough has probably changed a bit since you left they keep demolishing things and building new bits. Ayresome Park, Middlesbrough General , the Eye Infirmary have all gone!
