I regularly (Tuesdays and Thursdays after work) ride the single track out at Carter Road, south of Lakeland. I’ve also wheeled around most of the other popular local MTB places.

If you wanted to look for riders, you’d be checking out the map linked previously in this thread. Or you’d be searching the proper forum (Rec.Sport.Unicycling) for threads about Florida unicyclists.
After trying those methods, if you still came up short, you could post a thread in the proper forum.
