Survey on global warming for school...Please do this!

Hey im doing a survey on global warming for school and these are the questions:

  1. Do you believe in global warming?

  2. If yes, what effects will there be?

  3. On a scale from one to five how concerned are you? (one being the least five being the most)

  4. if you knew you could do somthing about global warming would you?

Help! :astonished:

  1. no
  2. n/a
  3. 2
  4. I would help fix real environmental issues, but not global warming
  1. I believe that the earth is getting warmer, we can easily show that. I donā€™t, however, believe that this warming is primarily caused by human activities.
  2. typically stated effects: glaciers melting, climates changing. However, these are all, as I stated earlier, natural effects.
  3. 2
  4. I certainly wouldnā€™t interfere with natural climate cycles, but anything to reduce humanā€™s footprint on the environment.
  1. yes
2.The efects will be climete change around the world this last summer was proof with record heat and this winter with record snow/ cold. it snowed on me in mexico
  2. 4
  3. yes i would.

GOOD LUCK:D

1: Yes.

2: I believe its a fluctuation. The earth has aways warmed up, and got colder, but each time it is getting hotter and hotter. Also, there is a steady incline of more carbon being in our atmosphere.

3: About 3.5

4:Anything to cut down on the pollution people, cars, industries, etcā€¦ put out.

People! People!

  1. Do you believe in global warming?

No, we have El NiƱo going on.

  1. If yes, what effects will there be?

I live in Canada, it wouldnā€™t hurt us to get a bit warmer.

  1. On a scale from one to five how concerned are you? (one being the least five being the most)

Iā€™d say one.

  1. if you knew you could do somthing about global warming would you?

No, Iā€™m too selfish to care about my grand childrenā€™s futureā€¦ I wonā€™t be around to notice any extra heat.

1)yes

3)3.5
4)yes

???

??? :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. Yes (Itā€™s not something you can believe in one way or the other, itā€™s simply a phenomena some people are being too ignorant to recognize)

  2. Global mean temperatures will rise, though some places will be cooler. Sea level will rise and there will be an increase in strange global weather phenomena and disease. More deadly storms, less habitat for animalsā€¦etc. (this could go on all day)

  3. 4-5 (this is happening NOW)

  4. Yes, and I do what I can already.

  1. Yes

2.

  • Warmer globe
  • More rain & storms and floods
  • Fewer polar bears etc. etc. etc.
  • The many sequels will fail to get the same level of media attension as the original Katrina vs. New Orleans.

  2. Yes

Sarah, for the first question, did you mean ā€œDo you believe in the uncontrollage, human-caused heating up of the planet?ā€ or ā€œDo you believe that we are currently in the upward swing of a climate cycle?ā€.

I believe the second one.

  1. I belive in rising in average temperature, but not the fact that it is human induced. Also, it is shown over time that the temperature goes up and down and right now we are on the up, but its just a little high.

  2. The effects will be non noticableā€¦ aside from the coming ice ageā€¦

  3. 2

  4. There is nothing to do.
