Superman?

Hey guys!
I’m looking for an good superman tutorial, but it seems like there is none.
(except the one on youtube, but this is in a language i don’t know)

could anybody give me some advise how to learn superman, or even better, post me a link to a video?

well this may not be the best way to do it but just practice from a mount then you’ll eventually get the mount then just try from riding. if your problems the seat flying forward practice holding on to tire
