It’s sunny outside and my unicycle is away being powdercoated

What only one unicycle? Sounds like it’s time for your second one…
Well yes it is but unfortunately the 29" I would like has been held back a bit by a lack of cash for it
It’s been snowing today so it’d also have been great to be able to ride today but it’ll be next week before I get my unicycle back.

got a bike? practice riding wheelies everywhere haha
haha yeah but nahh not in the snow!
Go do some foot trials:) That can be pretty fun.
Yeah well it’s getting too late to be doing that stuff now and I will have my unicycle back before I know it next week
I went out for a walk and tried to find some decent places to go next week on my shiny unicycle. I’ll have a new tyre and some leg armour next week too (yeah I only just got some leg armour!) so it should be good soon!

Are wheelies easier after learning to ride a uni? Or it this just a joke? I haven’t tried since learning to uni, but I’d love to be able to ride wheelies.
When I was a kid there was a paperboy who would ride a wheelie forever down the street. I always wished I could.
In my experience, not really. After becoming very good at riding a unicycle one might experience what is still only a small advantage.
Depends on how you look at it i guess.
nah not a bit. i can’t do em at all. the learning is probably exactly like unicycling though, prob take an avg of 10 hours to learn em or something.
Off and on during my life I’ve tried to learn wheelies on a bike. I probably only tried for about 10 minutes at a time.
On a unicycle, you sit balanced on top. When you’re learning, any feeling of tilting forward or backward tells you to prepare to step off.
On a bike learning to wheelie, I get the feeling I’m going to lean back too far and fall on my back. I end up either not leaning back enough or instinctively stepping off.
Well, learning to uni has given me more confidence that I can stick with something that’s tough. I’ll have to give wheelies some more work this summer.
I can sympathise.
I had to have my unicycle withdrawn once… Very painful as I remember.
Certainly the last time I do a drop of that height after applying that much butt’r.
Happy days I ot it back today. Nice and shiny black. Much better than the slightly rusty scratched thing it was before.
I have just finished putting it together so I will be out on it again in a day or so
