I had a long ride with friends a year ago. After 1/3 of the ride, I had a UPD while I tried to drink water from a bottle. And I hurt my palms and knees. As the injury was not serious, I continued the ride. Then, about 2/3, I had another UPD while I tried to take a photo and this finally made the injury serious enough.
That thread makes me remember how many times I’ve done stupid thing and told myself to never to that again in my life… But I dont remember what it was! I’ll have to try them again and remember 
Riding in a storm, with lightnings, in Gatineau Park… Not a good ideal.
