Struggle to Achieve

It take a lot of practice and patience to achieve one step a time. It’s not a extreme unicycle video but just want to show how progress my daughter have done within three weeks.

Awesome! Great job Isabella on riding and and great job for Dad on coaching and encouraging!

How old is Isabella? I have 8-year-old boy/girl twins that are starting to be a little interested in this new activity that I’ve picked up the last few months (uni and muni - started new in November).

That is great. I remember being young and learning to ride. It’s great to see her progress. Keep up the great work.

That was awesome  I can’t wait for my son to be old enough to start unicycling, although I’m going to have to wait a few years still.

Very cool to see the progression. Thanks for sharing. Keep at it dad and you’ll be right behind her!

PS. Helmets are good insurance

thats great progresion you will have someone to ride with that will be cool keep it up isabella

It’s great to see the younger generation getting into uni and also great that you and isabella have something to bond over.

I can’t wait for my niece to grow up so i can teach her! What age do you reckon i should wait till?

Keep it up mate and i hope to see a video of you finally nailing freemounting soon

Isabella is 7 year old now. I got her 16" unicycle last August and she start try it at 6. She got frustrated and stop try after week. Until month ago, I talked to her to give it a try and she got much better at it. I asked her to try backward and she felt being most challenge so telling her to not mind about backward and do free mount and idle which are at least she could do next.

I have 5 year old son who refused to try but he couldn’t fit on 16" unicycle anyway. I have seen one video of 4 years old boy ride unicycle on this forum. I guess age isn’t matter as long as she/he is interesting into it. Yes, I would try do a video of my attempting free mount and etc someday.

The kid takes a good fall…and keeps on. Fun to see this video!

Cool vid! Soooooooooooo cuuuuuuuuuute!!! :D. I work with a lot of kids her age, teaching unicycling. Its strange to see someone this young that enjoys riding the unicycle so much without actually being able to ride it properly.

That was great! She’s a natural. Nice steady filming in the second half too.

Way to go Isabella! Your guidance Mike and her perseverance has paid off, so way to go, and it’s so awesome to see a family learning together!
