STP On A Unicycle 2011

Congrats

A truely awesome feat! You make all unicyclists beam with pride and inspiration.

Double plus good! After riding a century last year, I still can’t imagine doing it again the next day. You’re a GIANT!!!

Awesome! Nice work, Kevin.

What was the new bridge you had to cross? You should plan on doing the Portland Bridge Pedal this August…a nice relaxing way to cross ALL the bridges, without all the bother of riding 200 miles first to get there.

Excellent Kevin, congrats on a great achievment!

Bravo! I’m glad we’ve kept a unicyclist in the STP these past few years. I really hope I’m riding with you next year!

Congratulations!

For riding 26 hours and 35 minutes, I gave $26.35. Just a token, but I’m pleased to be able to do a small part to support your effort.

Thank you guys again for all the kind comments.

Tom and James: Thanks again for supporting Children’s Hospital

I told myself before the event that all I had to do each day was ride my unicycle and have a good time, but , to be sure, it got really hard by the time I started the approach to ST John’s Bridge after already riding almost 200 miles. I admit at that point the fun was over for a few minutes, and I was only hoping that I had the “requisite Celtic soul” to finish.

The 2011 STP was just an amazing experience. You can see this years photos here:
