Story

I remember a little story a while ago charting a young boys fall down the
slippery slope from tricyclist to bicyclist and finally - using fewer and fewer
wheels to get his kicks- unicyclist.

"...one feel of the soft saddle and he was hooked ..."

Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy or if someone’s got one saved that
would be great

Thanks

Tom

Re: Story

where did you find the gel?<<

I used a wrist rest meant for typists so it was about the length of a keyboard.
I just cut it in half. The main disadvantage is that its quite heavy - not so
bad though when there’s only half of it.

Re: Story

The name of the material in keyboard wrist rests is called Sorbothane and is
available in various dimensions from: SORBOTHANE, INC. It is quite expensive as
well as heavy…Andrew

Can anyone tell me where he found a soft saddle? More likely, “one feel of the
hard uncomfortable saddle and he was injured”.

IMPUSLSE

It’s the same old story. First he got a tricycle. Innocent enough, right?

Before long he was riding a bike. “All the other kids are doing it” he said.
“He’ll grow out of it” his parents thought, “It’s just a phase”.

But after awhile the bike got boring. He needed more kicks. He experimented with
some hard stuff; like wheelies, bunny hops, no hands, you know how it goes. He
got hooked.

A friend said, “hey man…check out this unicycle. Wanna try it?” He hesitated.
Somewhere deep inside he knew that this was his last chance to turn back. To be
a normal person. But the touch of the warm seat on his hand lured him. Just one
ride won’t hurt, he thought…
