Stilts

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any information on using Stilts? I am an adult
and cannot find any information on where to buy them and how to use them. Any
help would be appreciated. In one of my next letters, I will ask about problems
I have had learning my Myata unicycle. I do not have anyone to help me learn,
and do not have access to a hallway or corridor to learn, and the last time I
tried to get on, luckily I was by a fence, which saved me from falling
backwards. But my main emphasis is on any internet sites or any place to pick up
ready made stilts, a good solid brand, and where one could go to learn how to
use them. My best wishes. I have been a member of this group for several years,
recently disconnected, but back again to share ideas my colleagues have to
offer. All my best.

Re: Stilts

If you’re in the US, you can get them from semcycle (www.semcycle.com) or you
can order custom stilts @approx. $700 from a company in FL (Bigfoot) and even if
you’re in the US you can still order them from Roger in the UK or Wayne in
Australia.

I’d personally rather learn unicycling, the fall isn’t a long way down ;-0.

Perry,

You have not told us where you are… but in the UK you can get stilts from

Re: Stilts

I manufacture and sell aluminium stilts. I also run stilt workshops. Email me
any questions and I will try to help.
