stationary bikes

Anybody out there use a stationary bike? How long shoud a person ride at a time?
I ride approx. 20-25 minutes at a time after a 2 mile walk…

Ever notice how a lot of stationary bikes only have one wheel?

But seriously. Age, weight, physical condition?
