Speedometer on Coker

A small magnet mounts on the spoke, and a sensor on the fork. Your run a wire
from this up to the top of the fork or the seat post and mount the cycle
computer there. You can buy one in any bike shop.

"This is a stupid question but might as well ask it. How do you put a speed
moniter on it the wheel would keep on getting in the way?

Re: Speedometer on Coker

Problem with my MUni

Hello Everyone, My name is Max and Im in the Twin City Uincycle Club. Last
fall my dad made me a MUni. It is decent in most respects. it has 1"x 0.058
cromoly tubing, and a Intese DH 26 x 2.7 tire and a Sun Mammoth rim. But
lately i have been having a few problems with it. One of these problems is
that today, a 50ºF, snow melting like crazy, Great for around the
neighborhood MUni, after getting on and riding for not more than 2 blocks I
looked and discovered that my Carbon-fiber seat/miyata seat-post had just
snaped. The Seat Post is now snaped almost all the way around, up near where
seat clamps to the post. is this a common problem?

Re: Problem with my MUni

Yep, it’s a fairly common problem. Have your dad weld it back together and add a
gusset to prevent it from happening again.
