Wow, I never knew it was actually illegal to send out spam emails.
But it sounds like he was pretty dumb in running his “buisness” as well. I wonder where they come up with the evidence that his identity theft crime was actually aggravated and not just regular.
Does this mean I won’t get anymore spam emails?
Spam emails are relatively harmless, but identity theft and scamming wire transfers is pretty serious. He deserves more than 20 years for all the lives he has ruined.
I love it !!! Spammers are the scum of the earth and deserve to rot in jail and be Bubba’s love slave.
According to the article there were 100,000’s of reasons for his personal joy in spaming:
