I can now, I couldn’t about 30 minutes ago. Could you reach yours? Or
was it limited to my server?

It seems to be off and on. I can’t tell if it’s somewhere in the “hops” or
if it’s at the destination. One of my servers was off and on with
connectivity, however the other, hosted at the same place seemed fine.
At the moment I can’t get to tinyurl.com or webdiscuss.com

Sounds like a DNS problem. I really thoguht it was limited to my server.
I’ve had some problems with my server lately where it would go down and
need a reboot. In my messages log, it has:
Feb 25 18:46:31 www kernel: possible SYN flooding on port 80. Sending
cookies.
Feb 25 18:47:47 www kernel: possible SYN flooding on port 80. Sending
cookies.
Feb 25 18:50:17 www kernel: possible SYN flooding on port 80. Sending
cookies.
This looks like a DOS attack or just a lot of traffic (which doesn’t
show in the httpd logs).

Me too, and I’m a WA state resident. LOL!!
Re: spam arrest service caught spamming
I just called them and they said it was a problem with one of their
“upstream provider”.
They worked on it and rerouted the traffic to a different provider, however,
in the meantime, stuff has to propagate
