The tire-grab mount came relatively easy, but it certainly does look pretty kooky. I am 5’ 8" and ride a 24". I can’t imagine trying it on a smaller tire–I would be doubled over trying to reach the wheel. Now I am trying to learn a static freemount, but it is so much easier to revert back to the tire-grab.
I still can’t do a free mount but I can do a curb mount with a very small curb. I feel like I am getting closer. I will work on it for a while before I play soccer tonight.
