I’m mad too.
We have a bunch of new snow in the mountains. My ski area on I-90 is currently closed due to power outage from another windstorm and the other ski area on US2 is inaccessible because a downed powerline has closed all eastbound access to the pass.
All that snow and no way to get there or no lifts running to get you to the top.
That’s why you should go to Crystal! 
We have been up 3 times so far this year, and it is stellar. We should meet and ski sometime, by the way.
yeah, this winter sucks so far. The loaf’s best months are still ahead of us though, as I’m sure you know.

Crystal is great but involves significantly more time out and back and more money. I can ski often and cheap through the Ski School. We need to do a SARS Ski day, I hear TB is quite the shredder.
I’ve heard skiing is infectious, but this is worrying…
We don’t have a whole lot of snow down here, mostly because the howling wind is blowing it all bare and pileing it in obscure places…
But, the place we ski at (Great Divide MT) has good snow, so…
That’s what we do, we get in at a group rate of $15 total for rentals and tickets. It’s pretty nice…

Gotcha. We save a little through buying passes online, but it’s still more 'spensive than Snoqualmie. That SARS ski day sounds sweet. TB does talk about skiing sometimes on rides, so I expect he’d be for it. I don’t know about Harper and JC, though. I could definitely do it, and my dad would love to come along, too. Doc is a snowboarder, and he would probably rock that sweet uni-photo board…
I’m mad because it was finally starting to warm up, and then last night it snowed a BUNCH and it’s very very windy and too cold to do anything outside.
Skiing is for people who have knees that still work. It’s a gas if (when) you can still do it.
We’re in an El Nino, not a La Nina.
