This is a rough and ready KH26 with a nice HS33 Magura braided brake.
I am fully aware of the fact that these days Disc rule - but this set up has probably the nicest feeling Magura brake available - so if you like maggies and the fading 26er size this is still a nice set up.
Price is set factoring the inclusion of a braided HS33.
I also have a range of 26” tyres that for the connoisseur.

I will buy it, if you will ship it to me! I have a set of Spirit 137/165 cranks and a set of Speedplay Drillium pedals for it.
I believe that is an older model Holy Roller tire that you had to search for, for quite a while, before finding. Is that right?
Now, we just need to discuss tires and shipping to the U.S. 😁

Seems like you have some marging before the silver part of the seatpost is touching the neck so you could be dropping it that much more if you cut the seatpost down.
And if it is an overall feeling of being-too-big, post it in a separate thread with your location and a price. 29er tend to be the fastest to find a new home… 🚀

Too bad the saddle is pointing so steeply up. Otherwise a different (standard) seat post could offer some additional leeway.

As a final chapter to this conversation, the KH26 I bought from @mindbalance Felix has undergone its final updates, and the current iteration is in the attached photo. It now has a Mad4One long Handle Saddle, a pivoting Kris Holm seat post, Kris Holm Spirit 137/165 cranks, and Drillium Speedplay pedals. I’ve ridden it a bit on concrete/tarmac/roads, and on a trail, and I really like it now that I think I have dialed in the correct pressure for the Maxxis High Roller.
It provides a unique riding experience, as my prior Muni experience has been on tires 3” wide, or wider.

I’ll need to test it. I started WAY too high, and it was unrideable for me. Incredible, really. The tire says min 35, max 65, so I aired it to 42 psi to do a quick road ride. It was like I was balancing on a pizza cutter. It was fine when I was straight up and down, but I suddenly had no left/right recovery control. I promptly scuffed the brand new Speedplay Drillium pedals by bailing once to the right, and once to the left. At that psi, as soon the unicycle was tilted one way or the other, there was no recovering. It was weird, like I had suddenly lost my ability to balance left and right
I removed some air and it was better. Then, I removed more air and it was perfect. I’m not sure what psi I ended up with on the road.
Later, when I took it off road on a trail, it still seemed good but more “squirrely” than my Duro Crux 27.5 or my Vee Speedster 24x3.5. That’s to be expected though, given the tire sizes. I removed just a bit more air, and it was a really nice ride. It was no longer “squirrely”. It was just “responsive”.
I just checked the air pressure, and the tire has 21psi. So, I was very incorrect when I originally assumed I had reduced the pressure to 30psi.

Funny how different tyres respond differently. I had the very same problem with my Pirelli Cinturato H, just the other way around: I could barely ride a straight line. After increasing the pressure from about 1bar to 2.5 or 3bar it‘s now rideable again. Still not a tyre I‘m in love with, but I will keep it until it‘s worn (really looking forward to that day!).

We may be referring to the same feeling. When pumped up to 42psi, it was hard to ride in a straight line, because the uni kept wanting to go left or right. Not just turn left or right, the wheel wanted to “fall” to the left or right. If I let it go too far to one side, I no longer had the ability to correct, and the uni would “nosedive” to the side, and I would bail to save myself.
Reducing the air pressure made the unicycle want to stay straight up and down.

My experience was the same as yours, just (thankfully) a bit less extreme - and got better with increased air pressure instead of reduced. Different tyres, different behaviour.
