According this article Pavel Zyryanov, a member of the Russian parliament’s committee on youth policy, sais foreign video games ridicule Russia with images of bears riding unicycles down the street.
I’m not that much into video gaming, but is it?

Weren’t there bears in Red Alert 3? As a soviet unit?
I’m not sure about the unicycling part though…
Bear outfit
We should all get bear outfits and send them a pic
Another thing I wonder, why are unicycling bears insulting?
I see it as a big archievement if a bear mastered to ride! Ever tried to teach?
Or to speak in cold-war polarisation; how many bears in the US can?
Hmmm, if I may believe the article that has the potential to result in international protests simular to the cartoon riots that originated in Sweden.
Scandel
I love a good scandel
@ Leo: It was in Denmark (difference: five clicks with the bucket tool), the minor newspaper Jillands-Posten.
I would like one of those unicycling bears as a pet.
Useful for clearing my way at mass events or just a busy day in the city… and it could carry all my stuff in a rucksack.
Well, the subject of Russian unicycle-riding bears is widely discussed over the Internet:
http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Unicycle-riding_bears
Russian bears on unicycles are also depicted in a Family Guy episode starring Vladimir Putin and Dan Aykroyd:
Oh, yes, you’re right. Well it could have been a typical Swedish political issue.
You could do a group routine on next unicon with them!
Hahaha! not a game, but good find, funny to see!
There’s a Russian bear striking a standard skills pose suspiciously close to a unicycle on the cover of this kid’s game.
And then there is whatever this is:, riding down street like paths in this flash game: http://www.arcadeonline.com/play/skill/unicycle-balancer/
The evidence of international defamation is mounting…
I sense a dirty signature-qoute here…
If I may play the devils advocate… how can we be sure these are Russian bears, and not the 26th inbreed generation of a Turkish bear?
Hmmm, I think we’ll have to contact the parliament member, to explain how critical this threat of “ideological sabotage” is, and if just talks to only domestic game makers would be suffiecient measures.
I think part of the defamation comes from a lack of respect of skills of Russian bears.
