Hi,
I am the proud owner of a DM Ringmaster uni with the standard knobbly tyre.
I usually practice on fairly rough tarmac; I’m currently learning to idle and
I’m finding that the turning resistance of the tyre is not actually helping me
with the fine adjustments that I need to do.
I’m wondering whether a smoother tyre might make it easier for me to do those
small adjustments, but obviously it would need to be something with thick walls
so it wouldn’t wear out too quickly.
Does anyone know of any tyres that have a fairly smooth surface, but are made of
thick rubber?
